Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated person to integrate our CIO department and provide our organization with financial guidance on equity investment opportunities.
Under the supervision of the Head of Equities, you will be in charge of gathering and assessing data for equities, developing forecasts, and providing sound investment advice that will lead to well-informed investment decisions.

Job description/ key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of equity securities globally.
- Provide written investment ideas and insights to in-house and external clients based on comprehensive research and analysis.
- As part of the Equity Research team, maintain an internal equity list.
- Contribute to the management of the Equity flagship fund.
- Support the pipeline management effort and monitor the ongoing performance of portfolio company investments.
- Support the Advisory team for marketing campaigns and investment requests.
- Write periodical sectorial/thematic investment notes.
- Prepare detailed internal investment reports as well as external reports for public presentation.
Your profile
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field.
- CFA charter holder or similar preferred
Professional Experience required:
- 10 years' experience in equity investment (buy or sell-side)
- Expertise in the technology sector
Soft skills:
- A team-player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Flexible, able to work independently, open minded and keen to deliver.
- Curious, passionate about financial markets and willing to contribute with your own investment ideas the production of investment ideas.
- Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint), you know how to emphasize an idea.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to understand or perform complex numerical analysis.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Technical skills:
- Factset, Bloomberg
- Python
Languages:
- Very good command of both spoken and written English and French. Proficiency in another language will be an advantage (Portuguese, Spanish or German)
