Purpose of the role:
As part of a team of 4 people, this role will support several Relationship Managers as a trusted client service officer. The person will perform all the administrative tasks related to client files and provide administrative, organizational and communication support to the Relationship Managers in their daily tasks. We are looking for a person that is eager to contribute to the team’s success and who possesses all the key capabilities to support several Relationship Managers.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and Relationship Managers in the desk.
- Assist Relationship Managers (RM) in the day-to-day clients servicing, handling administrative and operational requests., managing client schedules and assisting in the preparation of client meetings. Act as a liaison between clients and RM/Advisors to ensure the timely flow of information.
- Assist RM(s) with preparing business travel and agenda.
- Answer incoming calls and ensure that a prompt action is always taken.
- Assist in the client onboarding process, including gathering necessary documentation, completing forms, and coordinating with custodians and other service providers.
- Support the team with all the periodic reviews (PEP, Low and High-Risk reviews).
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of documentation, maintain and update of client instructions, client details and preferences.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records, financial plans, financial statements.
- Process orders, (payment, transfer transaction, trades, corporate actions in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that call-backs are carried out and monitored systematically, and provide support for all types of transactions as required
- Build a close and trusted relationship with the main internal partners (central file, Middle Office teams, Risk & Control functions, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Preparation of reports at the request of the clients, the line manager, the Compliance Officer or other authorized persons
- Understand Syz’s risk management framework and become familiar with risk responsibilities within the team.
Education: Degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent. Relevant certifications is a plus, but is not required.
Professional Experience required:
- At least 1–3 years’ experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Previous experience supporting senior wealth managers or financial advisors is highly desirable.
