Job summary: The IT Operations and Infrastructure team’s mission is to “Keep the Lights On” through proper operation of the Bank’s core platforms, as well as enabling and reinforcing the bank’s capacity to carry out its business objectives through well-aligned infrastructure solutions.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Network Administrator to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of IT Azure Network, cloud services, and the ability to ensure seamless operations and security within our organization.
- Design, deploy, and manage LAN/WAN network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and reliability, utilizing Meraki and Global Secure Access technologies.
- Oversee and maintain cloud-based network configurations, leveraging Azure.
- Manage Azure Networking, Azure Virtual Network, Azure Load Balancer, and Azure DNS to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Implement and manage Azure Network Virtual Infrastructure to support business needs.
- Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining security policies, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide advanced technical support for network-related issues, including level 2 and 3 incidents. Diagnose and resolve complex network problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in the study and implementation of new network projects, including upgrades and expansions. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage and support Teams Telephony, IPC Trading, and phone recording systems.
- Implement and maintain telephony solutions to meet business communication needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes. Generate reports and provide insights on system performance, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff.
IT Skills:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Networking, including Azure Virtual Network and Azure Load Balancer.
- Experience with Azure DNS and SD-WAN solutions, particularly Meraki.
- Familiarity with Global Secure Access solutions.
- Experience with Teams Telephony and IPC Trading systems.

Professional experience & competencies:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, CFC or equivalent in IT Computing
- ITIL certification or knowledge a plus
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.
Language requirements:
- Fluent French and good English, strong writing skills in both languages
